On October 21, Jetstar will launch the region’s first ongoing international flight service outside Australasia, connecting Newcastle directly to Bali and, through Denpasar, to over 40 countries worldwide.

This milestone, announced by the Federal Government and backed by the NSW Government’s Aviation Attraction Fund, marks a significant moment for the region’s future. With a brand-new international terminal, Newcastle Airport is becoming a gateway to global trade, tourism, talent, and long-term investment.
